Tania Lotia

Tania Lotia is a Los Angeles-based television writer. After graduating from UCLA, she attended law school where she interviewed for the CIA. She opted for a more creative path.

Tania is a graduate of the CAPE New Writers Fellowship and the Fox Writers Lab. Her script DJINN was featured on the 2017 WeForShe list of top pilot scripts written by women. She wrote DAMIEN: THE LOST YEARS, an interactive horror story produced by Portal Entertainment Limited for Fox Digital Entertainment, based on the 1976 film THE OMEN and the DAMIEN series on A&E. She was staffed on TRIBES, a post-apocalyptic science fiction series for Sony and on Stephen King’s THE DARK TOWER TV series adaptation for Media Rights Capital. Most recently, she was staffed on horror series SWAMP THING, produced by Atomic Monster for Warner Brothers TV.

Tania is the current Chair of the Asian American Writers Committee of the Writers Guild of America West.
